Material Shortlisting & Sampling
We select 3–5 candidate stones from our 2,400+ verified inventory and dispatch 10×10 cm physical samples direct to your office or site. Each sample carries a material card: quarry origin, geological classification, finish, and application note.
Technical Specification Support
Our team prepares shop drawings, dimensional tolerance plans, and surface finish call-outs that match your project's architectural intent. We've supported specifications for flooring, cladding, vanity tops, shower panels, and bespoke staircase elements.
Quantity & Container Optimisation
We calculate net square metres, add waste factor (typically 5–8%), and optimise your order into standard 20GP or 40GP container loads — minimising freight cost without leaving you short on site.

Pre-Sales FAQ
Common Questions
Is there a minimum order quantity for pre-sales enquiries?
No minimum to enquire or receive samples. Commercial orders typically start from one 20GP container (approximately 18–20 m³). We do accommodate smaller orders for fit-out specialists and KBB retailers.
How long does sample dispatch take?
Samples are dispatched from our Shuitou facility within 2 business days of request confirmation. International courier delivery is typically 5–10 working days depending on destination.
Can you match a stone I've already sourced from another supplier?
In most cases yes. Share a photo, the commercial name, and the origin if known — our team will identify the closest match from verified stock and send a comparison sample.
Do you support project specifications for architects?
Yes. We prepare detailed material specification sheets, geological test reports, finish mock-ups, and — for TriaXtone premium projects — 3D application renderings on request.
What payment terms are available?
Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% against copy of Bill of Lading. T/T, LC at sight, and Alibaba Trade Assurance are accepted. Payment terms for established distributors are negotiable.
